Returns & Exchanges
- Items purchased at full price may be returned for a full refund.
- Items purchased at a reduced price may be returned for store credit only.
- Black Friday, Cyber Monday and any items marked as "Final Sale" in the product description or purchased using a promotion code with "Final Sale" in the terms are conditions are not eligible for returns or exchanges, no exceptions.
- Damaged items: returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached. Items must be in the original packaging and show no signs of damage. If product has any signs of usage (i.e. perfume smell, deodorant marks, make-up stains, etc…) it will be considered damaged and will be sent back to sender. No exceptions.
Not Eligible For Returns:
- Swimwear Tops or Bottoms
- E-Gift Cards
- Items marked as clearance or "Final Sale" in product description
- Items purchased using promotion code with "Final sale" in terms & conditions
- Limited time discounted products displayed in the cart
- Damaged products (See above category for definition of damaged)
Request a Return Number:
Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number: Please include your RMA number inside of the package AND clearly marked outside of the package. Please note: if a package is received without an RMA number our warehouse will not be able to accept your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Full priced merchandise will be refunded to the original payment method. Customer will receive an extra $5 of store credit if they choose to exchange their product for store credit instead of a refund.
- Original Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packaged.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received. If you haven’t received a refund within 2-3 weeks of making a return, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
