Happy August! July was packed full of things to do (did you get to all of them?
) and August is much of the same. In just a few short weeks we'll be heading back to school, but before we let summer slip away we wanted to share the ultimate August to-do list.
Ice Cream Sandwich Day
is happening on August 2nd! Whip up a fun recipe
and share them with your friends and family. Don't have time to make them? Stop by your favorite ice cream parlor or pick up these sweet treats at your favorite grocer.
Watermelon is an office favorite, so we don't really need a day to indulge is this summer fruit. Do take advantage of fresh watermelon during the entire month of August and make sure to make our featured watermelon drink.
Cheer on Team USA.
The opening ceremony of the 2016 Summer Olympics is happening August 5th at 7:00 pm est. We're pumped for the games and ready to cheer on Team USA. While you're waiting for the games to start, take a listen to our Olympic anthem song "Rise"
by Katy Perry.

Head to the Cinema.
August has some great movie debuts. On our must-see list is Disney's Pete's Dragon. Watch the trailer here.
Farm Fresh. There are so many fruits and veggies in season right now. Take a Saturday and head to your local farmer's market to stock up on fresh meals for the week!
