First off, Happy New Year! We hope you had tons of fun ringing in the new year with friends, family, and bubbly. We had a fantastic time celebrating, but after the glitter and confetti subsided on New Years Day we got to thinking about our resolutions. One resolution that’s really stuck out is to eat a little healthier. We love food and find sometimes in our hectic schedules it’s hard to eat healthy. Especially when we’re on the road or working late nights. One thing is for certain, when cooking at home, we’re going to try our hardest to cook good tasting healthy meals.

We recently made a small investment in an Inspiralizer which is pretty much a magic wand for your vegetables. We are completely in awe of all it does and the recipes out there for this contraption are endless. We started off with simple zucchini spaghetti and are slowly broadening our Inspiralizer repertoire to include a whole slew of vegetables. Here’s a few recipes we’re going to try in the coming weeks. Hoping this inspires you to eat a bit healthier in this new year!
