How it Works
Accounts with a valid email are already enrolled.
Every time you place an order you automatically receive 1 point for each dollar spent on merchandise.
Points are redeemed for monthly PSA Reward Vouchers, 2%, 3% or 4%, to be used towards future
orders. For example 2,000 points can convert to $40, $60 or $80 to use toward products, shipping,
displays and more…

Vouchers are issued monthly when your PSA Points balance equals at least 500 points or more.
Balances under 500 points will roll over to the next month. Visit allforcolor.com/rewardsor sloaneranger.com/rewards
for complete info. Vouchers will be issued via email. You can apply vouchers online or any way you
choose to place your order.

Electronic statements are emailed monthly to inform you of your Membership level and all account
activity.

Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
This program is available to Prime Source Accessories wholesale Retail Partner customers
with a current email address and a U.S. mailing address. To receive
rewards your account must be in good standing. For complete rules or to

1. Qualifying Purchases
A Program member ("Member") is eligible to receive points ("Rewards") on
the Member's account for qualifying purchases made by the Member
("Qualifying Purchases"), as defined below.
The following Qualifying Purchases are eligible toward earning Rewards:
- Invoiced and paid orders placed directly with Prime Source Accessories via phone, fax,
online or corporate trade show booth.
- Invoiced and paid orders place through an authorized Prime Source Accessories Sales
Representative.
- Points are credited for full priced merchandise; points will not be credited
for discounted merchandise, shipping, displays or promotional material.
Qualifying Purchases may only be credited to the original purchaser's
account and cannot be transferred, sold or bartered. The Qualifying
Purchase is credited to the Member's account on the date in which the
invoice is paid.

2. Rewards
The Rewards accounts of Members will receive points for Qualifying
Purchases equal to 1 point for each dollar spent on their total Qualifying
Purchase. Qualifying Purchase Amount is the amount invoiced and paid.
Amounts spent on taxes, shipping, charges, displays, promotional material
and discounted merchandise do not count towards earning Reward Points.
As of 6/1/10, Rewards will be issued monthly based in the form of a Reward
Voucher, based on the below chart, and when the value of the Reward
Voucher is at least $10.
Bronze level - 2% of points earned
Silver level - 3% of points earned
Gold level - 4% of points earned
For example if you are Bronze Level, you earn a $10 Voucher when you
have $500 in Qualifying Purchases.
500 points X 2%= $10 Voucher
Monthly Rewards balances of less than 500 pts will roll over each month
until the minimum is met for that calendar year. Reward Vouchers are
issued to Members within approximately 30 days after the end of the month
when the required minimum has been earned in that month. Reward
Vouchers expire 6 months after the day they are issued. Rewards
Vouchers will only be sent via email to the email address we have on file for
the member company. Rewards Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the
expiration date. Expired, lost or misdirected Rewards Vouchers will not be
reissued. Rewards Vouchers not received by the Member due to incorrect
email addresses will not be reissued. If the 500 point minimum for the year
has not been met, the Rewards balances will expire at the end of each
calendar year. There is no maximum on the amount of Rewards a Member
can receive.

3. Upgrade
A Member is automatically upgraded to Premier Status (Silver Level) when
the Member's account reflects at least $1,250 in Qualifying Purchases.
Once a Member attains Premier Status of either Silver Level or Gold Level,
based on Qualifying Purchases in the amounts listed below, they will
remain at that level or move to the next level for the remainder of that
calendar year. Member must re-qualify for Premier Status each
subsequent calendar year. Member's account balances are reset to zero at
the beginning of the calendar year.
Premier Status Qualifying Levels:
Silver level- minimum $1250 in Qualifying Purchases in sales each
calendar year to date
Gold level- minimum $4000 in Qualifying Purchases in sales each
calendar year to date
Premier Members also receive access to exclusive offers such as premieronly
trade show events, offers, double point bonuses, and more.

4. Rewards Voucher Redemption
Rewards Vouchers are redeemable towards future All For Color or Sloane Ranger wholesale
orders placed directly with Prime Source Accessories or an authorized sales
representative. Rewards Vouchers can be used towards merchandise,
displays, shipping or promotional materials and can be combined.

5. Abuse
Abuse of the Program, including failure to follow or any attempts to
circumvent Program policies and procedures of these Terms, or other
improper conduct as determined by Prime Source Accessories in its sole discretion is
strictly forbidden. Abuse may result in cancellation of the Member's
account, future disqualification from Program participation, forfeiture of
some or all Rewards accrued, cancellation of previously issued but unused
Rewards and liability for past amounts of Rewards redeemed. In addition,
Prime Source Accessories reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems
necessary or desirable. The sale, barter or transfer of Rewards, except by
Prime Source Accessories, is expressly prohibited.

6. General
Prime Source Accessories Rewards accounts are limited to one account per eligible
customer; each mailing address is also limited to one account. Rewards
are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the Member. Prime Source Accessories is not liable for unclaimed, expired, lost or misdirected mailings or other
communications from Prime Source Accessories to the Member or the Member to Prime Source Accessories.  
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without
regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any Member's legal action against Prime Source Accessories in regards to the Rewards program may only be filed in the state and
federal courts of Martin County, Florida. If any provision of these Terms is
found to be invalid or unenforceable to any extent, then the invalid portion
shall be deemed conformed to the minimum requirements of law to the
extent possible. In addition, all other provisions of these Terms shall not be
affected and shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent
permitted by law. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
Prime Source Accessories reserves the right to modify, revise or cancel this Program,
The Terms or any part of the Program at any time for all participants
or for any specific participant without prior notice. Prime Source Accessories’s
decision on any aspect of Member's account, membership status,
Rewards balance, or any aspect of the program or a particular
Member's participation in it shall be final.
By participating in the Program, Members agree to and are subject to the
Terms of this Program, and certify that all eligibility requirements are met.
